Due to the Growth of demand on poultry products and to support the food security in Iraq, the owners of Sarrizawetta decided to invest in poultry sector, the first phase was building a broiler with capacity of 2,000 ton for chicken meat yearly, our philosophy is to invest in the latest global technologies to reduce the cost especially the energy cost, so we applied buildings with a new design called “engineered design “supplied by well-known and the biggest company in the world (Big Dutch man), this design ensures welfare birds and reduce the energy cost in the same time, and LBG for heating and electricity, and also the company working to apply a solar energy unit for more energy saving.
To develop and produce fresh and frozen poultry products that are in line with the best quality standards and our customers’ values and traditions.
To reduce the production cost by investing in the highest technology and by applying the highest standers of management, which increase the competitive advantages.
Broiler Chicken Production Project
The project located in Rovia area – Duhok Governorate- Kurdistan – Iraq, on total area of (8) hectare, its include (8) poultry houses with a production area of 1,400 M. per house.
The project applied highest technology and highest management with high standards of bio security.

The Kurdistan region market’s is one of the most important markets in MENA, and is in continuous growth, and one of the best areas for investment in Iraq because of its economic, climate and security environment that encourages investment in all sectors, especially in the field of food production and animal production, as there is a large production deficit compared to demand, and there is a need to increase local production and achieve food security.
WOOD SHAVINGS PROJECT
Through the long-term strategy in which Sarri Zawita Company operates and the
comprehensive vision that was founded on it, it was necessary Sarrizawetta contracted with most famous company from Germany in the wood shaving field ((BRANDENBURG Company )) to be the exclusive distributer in Iraq for the poultry wood shaving (Litter).
